Maintaining Health
The major aspect of maintaining health is self care. It is personal health maintenance. Self care includes all the decisions taken by the individual related to health to stay physically and mentally fit. It also includes regular exercises to maintain physical fitness and mental health condition, eating well, self-meditating and practicing good hygiene. On the other side, health hazards such as smoking should be avoided which can lead to cancer, which is a major health disease. Moreover, self care helps the individual to know his health condition better and it also helps in overcoming some minor health problems. The effective strategies which helps in staying healthy and improving one’s health include social activities, sports nutrition, hygiene and stress management. Health care is also one of the effective strategies.
